To the property Buyer, Unit Inspection is the most important step in property collection. Usually conducted before the final settlement of a property handover process, a Unit Inspection is carried out to identify all defects and faults with the property to be rectified by the property Seller/Developer; such as defects in construction, fittings such as kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, power sockets, and even checking for hollow tiles/walls.
Push notifications are sent to the users by the admin. The admin can send advertisements and information regarding updates in terms and conditions. Users also get updated about any new offers and deals. This feature also notifies the users about the status of their requested property.
Our developers have also integrated payment gateways in this app to provide secure payment mode. Payments are done securely with Stripe. Customers can Add Money using their credit or debit cards. They can also add money for future transactions.
