Jaspal Rajotiya is responsible for defining Pear System strategy and brand promise and for aligning various functions to deliver successfully on these. He plays the CEO role at Pear System and is also a member of the Executive Board of Rajkumari Dress Up Like A Princess company. Jaspal has a background in technology and Marketing management with MCA degrees in the subject from the JSS Technical University Noida, A co-founder of Pear System, his previous entrepreneurial ventures have LifeStyle App, JiojioMe.

Amit is jointly responsible for the overall technical health of the organization, to ensure stable and sustainable business growth across geographies. Amit is responsible for hatching disruptive innovation ideas in real-life business scenarios. Amit has enough 18 year IT experience including Mobile App Development, architecting software solutions across domains and technologies, leading platform, framework and product development activities along with conceptualizing and setting up centers of excellence. He is a hands-on leader who believes in raising the bar with every assignment he works on.
